- ■Built QA onboarding and learning materials; the team grew from 2 to 8 engineers, including outstaff specialists. Conducted 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
- ■Embedded QA in planning and grooming. Introduced a dedicated QA workflow in Jira, task templates and testing guidelines.
- ■Defined automation priorities based on product risk and gaps in coverage. Coordinated work with automation engineers using Playwright and Allure TestOps.
